Welcome to Backyard Yoga with Pam Cates! This outdoor all-levels yoga class takes place in the backyard of the Cates Family Farm in Gray, Maine. Enjoy moving under the sky while the farm’s kunekune pigs wander about and maybe stop and say hello.

This class is donation-based, with each session highlighting a different Maine nonprofit organization. Your entire contribution goes directly to supporting the featured nonprofit. This week, we are highlighting the Reentry Sisters.
